At Trtl Travel UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your travel gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Trtl products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
